- The hotel is unable to cater for children under the age of 16.
arrival and departure
- Check in time from 14.00 on the day of arrival.
- Check out time by 12.00 on the day of departure.
- If you are arriving or departing outside of these times every effort will be made to accommodate you as best we can.
deposits, prepayments and final payment
- A credit card is required at the time of check-in
- A 50% deposit will be taken from your credit at the time of booking.
- Accounts must be settled on or before the day of departure.
cancellation policy
- Cancellations up to 28 days before date of arrival – no fee will be charged.
- 21 to 28 days before the date of arrival- 25% of all nights booked will be charged.
- 7 to 21 days before the date of arrival – 50% of all nights booked will be charged.
- 7 to 1 day before the date of arrival – 75% of all nights booked will be charged.
- In the event of premature departure, ‘no show’ or cancellation within 24 hours of the date of arrival the original booked and confirmed stay will be payable.
